Tom's considerable design experience includes educational, commercial, retail and leisure projects with particular emphasis on sustainability and regeneration.

He is a qualified Planning Supervisor and is responsible for the co-ordination of the practice's health and safety service provision.

Tom is a past President of the Northamptonshire Society of Architects. In 2004 he was appointed by the RIBA as an assessor and external lecturer at De Montfort University's School of Architecture.
