The Cottesbrooke Building has some 36 lecture/seminar rooms to cater for groups of 25 to 50 students, and two large lecture rooms with state-of-the-art lecture facilities. It caters for 2,000 students and provides extensive tutorial and administration space.
The time scale was challenging and allowed only 14 months from the initial sketch scheme through to completion. The project was completed on time and within budget.
