A new 25,000 square feet office development could be built on a site which is just off Rockingham Road, at the heart of old Corby.

GSS partner Tom Lyons explained, "The prestigious new development has been designed to have seven individual office suites ranging in size from 2,600 square feet to 4,400 square feet. These will be contained in three separate two-storey buildings with gently curved roofs. Each individual suite will have comfort cooling, raised access flooring, suspended ceilings and fully tiled WCs. There will be 78 dedicated car parking spaces including eight disabled spaces. The whole complex will be within a landscaped self-contained setting."
