Michael studied architecture at Oxford Brookes University and at the South Bank University in London, gaining his degree in 1993 followed by a Diploma in Architecture in 1997.

He has extensive experience in retail, private residential housing, education and commercial work, and before joining GSS in 2003 was a partner at a London practice.

At GSS he has worked on a number of key education sector projects, including masterplans for several universities, a new primary school, other new school buildings and a new Children's Centre. He has also designed a number of social housing schemes.

"GSS has extensive experience in all sectors, and the way that our practice is completely integrated across all three offices means that our clients benefit from this wealth of knowledge."
