Ian, who is a chartered quantity surveyor and project manager, joined the practice in 1993. He became an Associate in 2002. Educated at the University of Central England in Birmingham, he won the Francis Graves Award for the best dissertation in the academic year. He subsequently studied Construction Project Management at Oxford Brookes University.

Ian has broad experience, having worked as a project manager or senior quantity surveyor on a wide variety of projects in the industrial, healthcare, leisure and education sectors. He has also enjoyed working on a number of ecclesiastical buildings.
